Raul can win his first championship in his new team

Raúl González, former captain from Real Madrid, where he played for sixteen seasons, can win this afternoon his first title with his new team, Schalke 04. Their rival, a better known for Raul, Bayern Munich, team he play against several times during his years in Real Madrid.

Last weekend Raul debuted as a Schalke 04 player and things went really well. He achieved to goals (the last one was a masterpiece) and he raised to sky his first trophy, although it was a pre-season tournament (Total League). Cesc will finally play for Arsenal this season

Bad news for Barcelona fans. Cesc Fabregas, world champion with Spain this summer, will keep on playing in Arsenal this season, after gunners had rejected two offers from Spanish club. After Cesc knew that his current club had rejected this two offers, he said that his intention is to focus 100% on his team. However, Cesc Fabregas has not hide his feelings and said:

"I can't deny that going to Barcelona was attractive. There I learnt to play football, it's my city, where my friends and family are and where I always dreamt to play in. There aren't so much footballers that wouldn't play in Barcelona".

But he understands that Arsenal has right not to sell him, so he, "as a proffesional" (he said), will be focused 100% in Arsenal. This summers, culés will not enjoy watching Cesc Fabregas with the Barça t-shirt, although Puyol and Piqué, in the World Cup celebration, forced him to wear it.
